Incorporated in 2016, Ministry of Beer has been a frontrunner in the culinary and brewing scene. Our journey began with a focus on delivering exceptional food, a variety of beverages, and an extensive range of bottled beers and liquors.

A significant milestone in 2019 marked the achievement of securing Delhi’s first-ever brewery license. This groundbreaking accomplishment allowed us to elevate the beer experience in the city, bringing forth a fresh and unique perspective on craft brewing.

One of our standout features is the dynamic nature of our food menu, changing every six months to keep your taste buds excited and surprised. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality through stringent checks, ensuring that every dish and brew that reaches your table is nothing short of excellence.

Our story started in Connaught Place in 2016, expanded to Gurgaon in 2017, reached Bhatinda, and now, our journey continues as we plan to open a new branch in the vibrant city of Lucknow. The Ministry of Beer is not just a place to dine and drink; it’s an experience that evolves, grows, and continuously strives for perfection.

Naveen’s ardour for F&B is kindled at its core, rooted in a deep-seated passion. With the determination to reach the pinnacle of his passion, he embarked on a voyage guided by his innate drive to carve a name in the industry.

The maestro behind the exclusive brand Cherish, Naveen orchestrated a symphony of offerings- from microbreweries to opulent dining, catering under the open skies to orchestrating weddings of dreams. His canvas knew no bounds. He emerged as an entrepreneur whose vision knew no limits. Constantly seeking reinvention, he propelled Cherish Hospitality towards uncharted horizons, a true maverick in an ever-evolving landscape.

Arvind Chaudhary

An ace business professional, Arvind Choudhary’s allure for the restaurant industry led him to embrace the fascinating world of global Food and Beverage (FNB) business. While traversing the globe, a transformative moment unfolded when he visited a microbrewery and tasted freshly brewed craft beer. This encounter sparked an ambitious vision: to bring the concept of microbrewing to India.

In 2019, he took on the role of Director and major stakeholder at THE MINISTRY OF BEER, CP, driven by a wholehearted commitment to the venture.

His passion for the microbrewery is evident as he actively seeks creative avenues, regularly launching unique flavors like recent addition – The Red Velvet beer and seasonal flavoured beers, much to the anticipation of eager consumers. He aspires to expand the business by relentlessly pursuing his vision to popularise craft beer in India. Acknowledging the inherent challenges of the sector, he champions a blend of astuteness, ingenuity, market insight, and boundless enthusiasm.

While expansion is integral, Arvind places importance on building guest relations, recognizing it as the important aspect of success across all facets. Digitally steering the business’s representation on social media platforms, he guides the team to present THE MINISTRY OF BEER in the most compelling manner possible, ensuring a dynamic and resonant presence in the market.
